Kairos is a consulting and training firm led by four senior product and engineering practitioners. Headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal, with team members across Europe. We work with product organizations across the US and EU.

2.1 Contact form submissions
When you submit our contact form, we collect the reason you selected, your name, work email, optional company, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond.
2.2 Scorecard responses
When you take the AI Readiness Scorecard, your answers are scored client-side only. We do not collect or store your responses unless you explicitly share them with us.
2.3 Usage and technical metadata
With your consent, we collect anonymized usage analytics (page views, referrer, device type) through Google Analytics. Without consent, we do not collect these analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule follow-up conversations.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Processors
We rely on a small number of trusted processors.

Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship, plus the minimum retention required by law. Anonymized analytics are retained for 26 months by default.

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in the European Union and the United States. We rely on processors that offer Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.
